Kenneth Toop is the founder of Toop Law Group and a licensed attorney in Nevada. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate, small business, real estate and injury matters.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, followed by a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School. He later received his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd Law School at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Before and alongside practicing law, Kenneth has been actively involved in advising and managing startup companies. His experience on the operational side of business gives him a practical understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs and owners face, allowing him to offer a perspective that is both legally sound and commercially realistic.
Kenneth previously worked as a licensed real estate broker in Las Vegas, where he managed and mentored hundreds of agents. Through that hands-on experience, he gained a thorough understanding of every stage of a real estate transaction and how agents and their clients can inadvertently expose themselves to liability. He understands the practical and legal challenges agents face and has represented agents before the Nevada Real Estate Division in regulatory and disciplinary matters.
His experience has allowed him to approach matters from various angles and perspectives. Whether guiding a client through a complex deal, structuring an estate plan to protect a family, or negotiating with insurance companies, he ensures that every decision is informed, every risk is managed, and every outcome serves the client’s best interests.
